$15per hour (DOE) with Merit-Based Raises Are you a friendly and organized individual with excellent communication skills? We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist to join our hearing health office in Emmett, Idaho.
This part-time position offers a starting pay of $15 per hour (depending on experience), with opportunities for merit-based raises within the first year of employment.
Responsibilities:
Patient Interaction:
Greet and check-in patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a positive experience for everyone, even in challenging situations.
Phone Management:
Answer and direct phone calls, providing information and assistance to callers.
Maintain a professional and courteous tone in all interactions.
Appointment Scheduling:
Efficiently schedule and manage appointments using our patient management system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Documentation:
Take detailed and accurate notes in the patient management system, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to office protocols.
Paperwork Processing:
Assist in processing paperwork related to patient intake, insurance verification, and other administrative tasks.
Light Housekeeping:
Perform light housekeeping chores to maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Team Collaboration:
Be a team player, collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth office operations.
Support and assist team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm and friendly in high-pressure situations.
Proficient in basic computer applications.
Previous experience in a healthcare or receptionist role is a plus.
